Meet Our Team
At Kalyvia Riding Club St. George, our greatest strength is our dedicated and experienced team. Every member brings professionalism, passion, and deep knowledge of equestrian sports. We guide each rider — from beginners to aspiring competitors — with care, precision, and genuine love for the sport.
Dimitri Kyriakidis
Dimitri Kyriakidis was born in 1970 in the USSR (Soviet Union), into a family of equestrians.
Athletic Career
Beginning: He began practicing equestrian sports actively in 1975.
National Team Athlete: He was an active athlete of the Georgian National Team, competing in the children’s, junior, and youth categories.
Military Service: He completed his military service in Moscow as an athlete at the CSKA Equestrian Club (Central Sports Army Club).
Coaching Career
Education: After graduating from the Institute of Physical Education, he transitioned into coaching.
Specialization: He is a coach in equestrian sports and modern pentathlon.
Russian National Team: He was a member of the coaching staff of the Russian National Team and participated in international competitions in several countries, including: Greece, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Austria, France, Ireland
European Championships: He participated in two European Championships held in Austria and Ireland.
Veronica Fouseki
I’m a horse riding instructor with a lifelong passion for horses and the art of riding. I began riding at the age of five and went on to compete in show jumping before turning my focus to teaching.
For the past 12 years, I’ve been working with children and beginners, helping them take their first steps in the saddle with confidence and joy. I love sharing not only my experience but also the many lessons horses teach us — discipline, empathy, patience, respect, and responsibility.
My goal is to help every student grow as both a rider and a person, while discovering the unique bond that forms between humans and horses.
Kriton Zafiropoulos

Gold silver and bronze team medals in team competition in young riders class in balkan games
